Rules
The Liquefied Petroleum Gas Board rules are predicated on state statutes and were promulgated starting in 1965.
Pursuant to Act 662 of 2019, as amended by Act 64 of 2021, the general and permanent rules of all agencies have been compiled and indexed into a Code of Arkansas Rules, which can be accessed by clicking this link: Code of Arkansas Rules.
Effective January 1, 2025, consistent with the Acts, the Code of Arkansas Rules was published as an online searchable database and is now the only official version of the rules.
To easily navigate to the State Liquefied Petroleum Gas Board Code on https://codeofarrules.arkansas.gov/, you can either use the SEARCH function on the main page or manually navigate through the left-side menu: go to Title 15, Chapter XIV, Subchapter A, and Part 270.
In addition to State Liquefied Petroleum Gas Board Code, the board also refers to two additional national publications in formulating industry standards: NFPA 58 and NFPA 54.
Historical Version of Regulations
