Rules and Regulations

The Liquefied Petroleum Gas Board rules and regulations are predicated on state statutes and were promulgated starting in 1965. The rules along with those statutes have been compiled into a single publication known as “The Code Book”. In addition to this code book, the board also refers to two additional national publications in formulating industry standards: NFPA 58 and NFPA 54.
